Q: How long is the process of finding a Nanny?
A: Time will vary based on candidates, family requirements, location and other factors. We can not guarantee a specific time frame as turnaround can be as little as one weeks, and up to eight weeks.

Q: Where do you recruit nannies?
A: Our recruiter networks with various colleagues and educational services and accepts referrals from educators looking for placement. She uses her extensive Human Resource and recruitment background to find seasoned educators for our database. In addition, we recruit Nannies using our website, social media and job boards. Childhood FUNdamentals also participates in community events where recruitment takes place.

Q: What happens if our new nanny doesn’t work out?
A: Childhood FUNdamentals a has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If you feel your nanny isn’t the right fit within 90 days, NF will replace your nanny for FREE with the entire package included using the same exact process.
Q: Are benefits required for families to offer?
A: Benefits are commonly offered by families to full time, long term nanny’s after a 60 day probationary period. Although it is not required, Such benefits will help your family stand out and attract more candidates for long term employment: Sick day pay, vacation days, mileage reimbursement, healthcare stipends.
Q: What is your process?
A: 1. complete the family questionnaire.
2. fulfil financial requirements (Initial search fee)
3. Complete your onboarding and portal registration.
4. Browse profiles sent to you in the portal and let us know who you are interested in.
5. Childhood FUNdamentals will coordinate interviews for you via phone, zoom or in person, whichever the family prefers. Families are welcomed to complete a series of interviews if they so choose. Example: Phone interviews followed by a zoom meet and then lastly in person.
6. Once you've found your match, onboarding begins.
7. Childhood FUNdamentals will assist you in writing up a contract for your family and your new nanny.
8. Once your Nanny is hired in, there are still perks everyone receives including Nanny coaching, our Facebook group, lesson plan assistance, family advice and so much more.
Q: Do you offer payroll assistance?
A: Absolutely! NF is partnered with a professional payroll agency that we highly recommend to all of our clients. You can find more information regarding payroll services
Q: Do you have Nannies readily available?
A: YES! We have a portal for Nannies already in our system, but we also conduct searches outside of our pool to help maximize results in finding a good fit for each individual familiy.

A: We go beyond placements! NF sticks around after placements and offer lots of perks for choosing us. We also incorporate education and enrichment and require all nannies to educate the children in their care.
